You would think an animal with white and black stripes would be easy to see on the ranch, however, these critters can disappear just as quickly as any. Typically traveling in small groups of 4 – 8, our zebra can be seen throughout the ranch. As you drive around, look for their wallows in the dirt, a large depression of 6 – 8 inches and typically 8 – 10 feet in circumference. These animals love to take a dirt bath and it is always fun to see. Besides the amazing experience, their hides are the true trophy with Zebra rugs adding an air of prestige and mystique to any room.
Zebra can be hunted year round at El Papalote Ranch.
