Your experience at El Papalote Ranch includes a taste of what you see.  Our Chefs strive to include selections from our ranch and the surrounding area to highlight each meal. Our menus are a mix of familiar comfort and new tastes, featuring a bountiful feast because we know that a hunter and their guests should never go hungry.  Various highlights include South Texas BBQ, Exotic Game Chili Verde, Biscuits and Gravy, Home Made Deserts and a highlight of fare and cuisine from the area.
