The Roan Antelope is slightly smaller in horn size to it’s cousin, the Sable, however is very similar in overall body size. While the Sable is a dark, almost black coat, the Roan is a sandy tan with a dark face. There is not a better pairing of trophies in my mind than a Sable and Roan next to each other! The additional benefit of the delicious meat (and plenty of it) is just one more reason to add these amazing animals to your must have trophy list.
Roan can be hunted year round at El Papalote Ranch.
