The Blue Bull of Asia is here in Texas and you can hunt your very own at El Papalote Ranch. These impressive animals are all muscle, with a broad chest and stout legs they are surprisingly graceful as they move through the brush. Just like Axis deer and Scimitar Oryx, the Nilgai is highly sought after for it’s delicious meat.
